as some here know I spent 2 and a half days in the hospital this week. I had a bad pinpointed headache and kind of got confused. my mind and mouth would not work together. so they admitted me into the hospital for more tests. one thing they found is that my bloodsugar was way too high. 238. next morning it was still at 236. so they gave me insulin for the time I was in there. I had a very mild TIA which is a very small stroke.
As most know here I recently quit smoking. I am going thru a strange thing in my head with having to give up everything at one time. makes me want to just smoke and eat wrong all over again. I wonder what is the point of all the changes. I just really want to curl up and cry.
