I don't have any answers, Ashes. Just a thanks. I feel that way A LOT and have forever and ever. It’s nice to know I’m not the only one. So, thanks.
Does it help when you get reassurance? You know, when you point blank ask people if they hate you and they say no.
Gimmeice—my T says the same thing. FEELING does not equal FACT.
But it is a really hard lesson to learn! Don’t know if I’ll ever get that one down.
