There was a time or two that I was in the middle of feeling the words of the song. It brings back all the desperation of trying to hang on to something that wasn't yours to begin with, wondering how you're going to survive without that person, and yes, all the Drama that comes with a breakup. If I gave it half a chance, I could get into it really easy right now. I won't do that.

Just the other day I was going through an old journal made up of emails, cards and letters from someone I thought was my soul mate. In reading an email of mine to him, suddenly I was sobbing. The words to this song, had I known them, would have been all too fitting. Again, that's a place I don't want to revisit. It just leaves me wanting to bang my head against a wall and scream "STUPID!!! STUPID!!! STUPID!!!" Not sure who, though. Him... or me...
