What you said about my mom having my power--- that's real similar to what my T. has been telling me! Something on the lines: when you allow others to hurt you - you're giving away your power to them. ( if I would have listened better I could have had a more accurate quote ) Guess I should start listening more closely- if he's saying the same things Pat is!!
