I'm not saying it can't be used for a question mark. It looks like a question mark to me. I've used it as a question mark. Apparently, for the 5 people that used it in the Drug Questions forum also thought it was a question mark.
What if a person is using

icon to ask a question for help, but others see it as a critique (a thumbs down) about something and choose not to read the post because they are just scanning the forums for post with

icon or upbeat posts? Maybe no one does that?
