AG, yes, therapy is a must if you want to recover from your anxiety. You say that you don't have anyone to talk to - this is how things run away in your head, if you don't have anyone to talk to to get these thoughts outside of yourself where they can be dealt with. You, of course, can talk here........ Getting rid of anxiety is working through all the thoughts that you have that cause the anxiety (and the feelings).
