Hi anxietygirl. I am on 20 mgs a day. When I very first started taking it, I had leg twitches, like the kind you get whenb your nervous and your leg shakes. They'll go away it took me about 3 weeks before they compleatly went away. The biggest side affect I've experianced is dry mouth.
