I am a bit confused, (nothing new) only I am trying to understand if they were able to get the splints at your visit?

I have had a similar with my medication prescriptions, being them telling me the current Rx is still good and I have a while to get the new scripts filled with the pharmacy offering to take the new scripts and 'profile' them on their computer.. a few times of them having no record of the 'profiled' scripts on file, I now tell them that I will 'hang on' to the precriptions and have them filled at the time due rather them "profile" them only to lose them
