(((IMG))) i forget, do you take meds and see a T/pdoc? if you don't feel better by tomorrow i'd give one of them a call. sometimes it just requires a med tweaking to get you through this rough spot.
ok here i go again with my simple solution ...but exercise really does help depression. it takes you out of yourself, relaxes the body, mind, and spirit, and actually gives us more energy. it's more helpful if you do it each day.
but the best news about this natural but effective approach is that exercise "wakes" up the feel good chemicals in our mind..for real..
keep us posted and of course you can pm me anytime if you'd like. we care thanks for letting us know what's going on with you.

I agree that exercise helps! I just got myself motivated to start again and I am beginning to feel a little better every day. I am hoping to lose the weight that the antidepressant meds have put on me. The YMCA in my area has a program for people who can't afford a membership (like me, since I'm on disability) to do 40 hours of volunteer work and you get one free year membership for your family. I didn't think I could deal with the volunteer work, but that has been awesome therapy as well. It's something that forces me out of bed other than seeing the therapist!.
