I know I wrote a response to your comments and I don't know why it didn't appear...hmmm...


I made a sheet in Excel - and I did a complete decision matrix. I assigned values of importance to certain qualities, ie good climate. I also assessed each location's set of these qualities, "how is the climate in place X"?

It gave me a top place, and the other places in order...the logical choices I've already known.

But here's the deal...I want to go to the familiar place. It's the one that whispers at me. I remember it. But the job is more demanding, the hours worse, the boss and colleagues not as good. The place I wouldn't expect to thrive.

Maybe I'm chicken? Afraid to get burned in a new location?
