I have no idea what to use, but just wanted to comment and commend you on no longer SI'ing. I'm so proud of you! Not only that, but you want nothing to do with it either and wish to get rid of your scars...you're a real inspiration.

I guess I've heard of Mederma, those scar patch things (but they are expensive) and maybe Neosporin? But I think the Neo. is supposed to be used when it's an actual cut, not a scar. Lemme know what ends up working the best for you.
