I've done some problem solving with the husband and haven't gotten ticked off yet! Wooo Hoooooooo

I've encouraged my baby boy to get a better paying job with an old friend but suggested "strongly" that he not rely on the friendship and be very business-like when he applies.

I also encouraged him to not be afraid of losing his "housing benefits" with the higher paying job. What he'll be making will allow him to move away from his in-laws, which he needs to do SO DESPERATELY! It was taken well, so I'm patting myself on the back for having chosen my words wisely.
