I'm sorry CSC , sounds like you have a lot on your mind which is probably keeping your brain too alert to sleep? Can you do some kind of ritual where you put all your worries away in a box or something before you go to sleep? (hot bath and relaxation exercises, meditation or yoga part of the routine too?)
