Ya know, I've tried that; I had made a box for Kaity when she was younger--Kaity's Stress-less box--and it had two parts to it. One had calming things, pictures and stones and music; the other part was empty. She was to use the calming things when she got upset, so had less stress. The other side she was to put all her worries in at night. So I have tried the same thing, only in my mind. I list my worries and picture putting them in a box, closing the lid and closing my eyes. Then I lay there. Just lay there. And lay there. I don't know what I did to irritate the sand man---I tried baking him cookies, singing his favorite song, everything! He just won't come back--at night. I'm so tired right now it doesn't feel like it's my fingers typing!!!
