Do you do any relaxation stuff like I mentioned? When I was at the height of my anxiety when I was getting my Masters I walked across campus with headphones listening to a subliminal anxiety tape. It really helped plus I did yoga and relaxation exercises. It sounds like the box worked, though. You weren't worrying. Maybe you need to keep trying it.
