Today, I missed school because the effects of the overdose was still affecting me (sleepy, light headed,...etc). So I decided it wasnt safe for me to drive to school. It was an early morning class and I wouldnt have gotten much benefit from the class considering the condition I was in.

I feel horrible for missing the class. But I have left a msg for a friend in the class to call me and tell me what I missed.

I just feel like a loser that cant cope and deal with life like some other ppl can and do.
