Supposedly, everyone needs to surf the net with an account that has standard allowances only, to block any BOT control of the computer. If the user account has admin options, then a BOT can also enter in and change and use etc. those options. You wouldn't even know it.
This is a simple way to help block undesirables from promoting anything on your "dollar."
Just thought I'd pass it along.

I'm doing the same thing
I just wish I knew how to transfer all my files, shortcuts, outlook express, etc, etc ( i use a lot. lol) and everything to another account. I know how to set up the account...just don't know how to make it the same as the one I use.
