I know I've been just sitting back & watching the "Daily Digests" just like I used to watch soap operas....looks like you guys/gals(!) are holding your own.....but I just wanted to poke my head in for a minute and pass something along, ok?

Today is the 1 year "anniversary" of 2nd brother's death d/t complications of suicide attempt (shotgun to chest)

I have letting the depression build for days until today....no sleeping,, no eating

Then after writing him a letter; I went thru my e-mails. I receive daily a 1 sheet "Positive Quote of the Day"

Thought I'd share w/ you all; not only do I grieve BUT then I remember today is a time to celebrate his life & I read the following in my Positive Quote:

"If you're never scared or embarrassed or hurt, it means you never take chances..."
