I agree with Lbien, you do seem to be showing symptoms of ocd but we cant diagnose you here however if this is interfering with your life then maybe you should see someone for it. The symptoms acting up more when you are anxious makes sense because ocd is an anxiety based disorder so symptoms will show more the more anxiety you have.
