I think we all have insecurities when it comes to the ex. The worry that our partner still has feelings for the ex, wondering if we're second best and the fear of being compared to the ex. I guess you just have to keep showing her that SHE is #1!

How long have you been with her? I think her asking for a necklace to prove your love is a bit unreasonable. Especially when it is obviously out of your budget if you have to wait for a paycheck to buy it. If she's asking for it, then it's not really a symbol of your love for her. More just a symbol that you can follow instructions. Just my oppinion though
