I'm not organized at all. I'm a high school student, and I'm never ever organized with my stuff. But everything else is MAJOR OCD. If someone goes in my room and moves something, I have to move it around until it feels right. My clothes on the floor have to be in the very near far corner, and if one part of the clothing sticks up in the air, i have to take my hand and flatten it until it feels right. I constantly make sure of things, like the doors are locked and chained multiple times, lights are off, alarm clocks are set, etc and I have to say it outloud to be reassured of this, and keep saying it until I beleive myself. I do this at school too, my books have to be on the very far corner of my desk. I also have to eat in a very specific way. My OCD is really interfering with my social life and I'm wondering what I should do to help it, because it's way out of control. I tried talking to my parents about this, but they won't do anything about it. Anybody have a word of advice?
