Hey Babe, good to hear from you! Initially it is blood tests. The basics include TSH(Thyroid stimulating hormone from pituitary gland), T3, T4, Thyroid antibodies then for adrenals, cortisol, ACTH and then more comprehensive testing if levels are out of range. You need a good endocrinologist for diagnosis. Unless your GP is fantastic, they do not specialise so small anomalies can be missed.
