turquoise sea, i know you are looking for a place to feel safe in and to hide in. if you are afraid is there someone who can help you feel safe? plus the body you all share isn't it grown up now? the grown up part of turquoise sea can help all the little parts be safer.
sometimes my littles inside feel sad or scared or hurt and they need the older parts of us to take care of them and keep them safe and do whatever they need to help them. it is like family only they are all inside on person instead of one family in a house.
the longer i am in therapy and learning, the more i understand that i can do things to help myself. when i was really small i had no power to help myself and none to protect myself either - that is all changed now, we can all learn how to work together and help ourselves together for the benefit of all of us.
it is ok to play, to have fun, to take care and to be happy and safe. we care about all of you inside and outside. hugs,
