Thank you for the replies (and the welcome  ). I think what makes it hard for us to believe her is that she seems to come up with things after hearing about them. For example, she never mentioned this, and then she read it in an online group a couple nights ago, and just had to tell me that she used to do that. Or whenever she meets a "new" alter of ours (one she didn't know) all the sudden she has a new alter. She also read in an online group that it was possible that the person who thinks they are the core of the system to not be the core, and now she is saying that she is not the core of the system, the one who was born, that she is an alter that took over at a very young age and nobody really knows who the core is (I don't know if I'm making sense). She also found out that our core is integrating and then all the sudden she was blending alters. I don't know, I know other friends of ours have walked away from her do to the abuse she does to us, and I know they are questioning also if she is telling the truth. I'm wondering if she might be a pathological liar and therefore now that she's been saying this for so long if she really believes it? I really just don't know anymore.
