I had a terrible time with anger. I got an assault charge on me for hitting a woman in a parking lot. I was full of rage that day. After that incident, my pdoc put me on Abilify and it really helped alot with my angry outburts and extreme irritability. I also seem to have calmed down much more since going to a therapist, too.
