I've finally decided that I'm tired of being overweight and it's not healthy. I have a friend who did south beach about 5 years ago and lost a lot of weight and has kept it off. I have another friend who just started it, and says sticking to it is pretty easy.
I'm just wondering what people's experience was like with it. Did it work? Did you like the food? Did it involve a ton of cooking? Anything else you can think of?
