What are body Memories??
I find that when I am emotionally numb my neck often goes into spasms. It seems that it is usual that I may be under stress or some-one inside is uncomfortable. The spasms can be small and range to really painful/hard ones when I am talking to my Therapist.
Are body Memories attached to alters?? If not - what sets the spasms off ?.
