I notice that with me it comes and goes sometimes its just hell other times its nothing or its mild or moderate it verys and the panic is different as well its just weird and what's weird is that when I don't feel anxious or scared worried etc I don't feel normal I obsess about that im weird or I think people think im weird its like a huge circle with different obsessions and different feelings its hard to uderstand sometimes!
