I like this recipe because it is easy and it tastes so good.
Creamy Macaroni and Cheese
1(12 once) package of macaroni
6 tbsp(3/4 stick) margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.
2. Melt Margarine in saucepan and stir in flour until well blended.
3. Slowly add milk stirring constantly and heat until it begins to thicken. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts.
4. Pour cheese sauce over macaroni and mix well.
5. Pour into buttered 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly
