I was just wondering if anybody else has problems with their ocd acting up while they are sick. I went to the doctor and my cold seems to have changed into bronchitis and my ocd is really acting up. Does anybody else ever get this? I have been doing things to lessen my anxiety which is helping but I didn't know if it's the illness causing it or maybe some of the new meds I am on.
This is a really pain because the ocd is mostly revolving around decluttering and reorganizing my house but I should be resting and have to stop often to catch my breath.
