i am not sure i even know how to recognize what i need, much less communicate it with phil.

i finally told him i was having some difficult feelings coming up and that that was why i'd been in a bad place all weekend. i asked if he had any questions about what i said and he said, nope and that was the end of the conversation.

i usually can't tell anyone when i need something. wish i could. hugs,
