Unfortunately, new meds can take awhile to build up in ones system to get good results, but worse is the initial side effects. Is he starting to feel less sleepy, less tired now than when he started them? If not, I would talk to the Doc who prescribed it.....especially if he seems to be worse with these symptoms. If he is not scheduled to be seen SOON in follow up to a new medication, I would call them about how he is feeling. Good luck!
