Tomi, I think the key there is to pick your battles. That's where prioritizing comes into play. Find the area in most need of improvement... or maybe even two or 3 areas. However much you think you can comfortably handle. Then get to work until those areas are at a level you want them to be at. Now move onto something else. Just my two cents.
