You did very good posting here. I know it is hard to keep from cutting but you do the best you can.

Remember we are here for you. The voices telling you to hurt yourself are just that voices. Tell them to go away that you dont need them anymore. Hug your puppy and color a picture about how you feel. Let the feelings out. It is ok and safe to do that here.
