this was a LPN who may prescribe in this state but she works under a Psychiatrist in his offices and the pharm. samples are supplied to him apparently. She cleaned out his supply.
I does seem like odd behavior to me- I told ER that I thought i was being led to OD like giving a gun to a person and instructing them where you hide the bullets. It makes the other responsible if they load and fire.
