I sing a lot - i try to shut the voice out that says to SI - playing with your puppy is good - they are soooo cute and do things that make you laugh - and they love you unconditionally - they dont judge - they just love you - you need to try to be kind to yourself - ask yourself what you would tell a friend who was having those thoughts and then say that to yourself
