You're not crazy. Did your doctor do blood and urine tests, etc. to see if you have any physical/hormone or other problems? Thinking bizarre thoughts isn't "you" so if you can learn to laugh and joke about some of them that might help. The jerking arms/legs sounds like a drug side effect, etc. I'd learn all you can about the drugs/side effects as well as talk to the doctor about what's going on.
Could just be stress about the holidays; I don't know your personal history? I use to have trouble around the holidays and would "note" it each year as I saw my therapist and try to figure out what was going on based on my history, etc. Do you have a therapist? It doesn't sound like schizophrenia to me but even if it were, you're not crazy, just have med/body chemistry screw-ups maybe/maybe not caused by stress, etc. Talk more to your doctor and get lab tests to see if there's an obvious chemical problem that's influencing your thinking. But it's not "You!"
