Hey i have agoraphobia and panic disorder. but sometimes when i am feeling fine and just doing normal things like laundry or walking down the road, my heart will suddenly pick up extremely fast as if i was just on a tread mill or something. I always have to sit on the ground or whereever i am and not talk to the person im with, just sit and concentrate on my breathing to slow down my heart. yesterday however, something happened that i never experianced before and im wondering if any of u have experianced this?

I was dealing with student loans and my heart picked up. Because i was in public i found it harder to concentrate on my breathing. usually it slow down after 5 mins.this time it kept on going and faster! my bf called 911.I told the paramedica my issue but they were shocked by how high my heart rate was that they checked me for other stuff. they couldnt believe it was from anxiety. But they found nothing. and as soon as i was hooked up to IV my heart rate wen down. It was a scary day, i thought my heart was never gonna slow. so now im worse because im afriad this will happen again out of nowhere, since yesterday it was also out of nowhere, i wasnt feeling anxious. anyone have any ideas what causes the heart to do this at random? or any one have any experiance with this? please, id love feedback for this one. Ive had tests done before xmas on this issue to and everything came back fine.maybe it is anxiety and i should starting taking meds
