Hi Half&Half, I take 800 mg a night and it does not give me a hang over or make it hard for me to get out of bed in the morning. Actually, it is easier for me to get out of bed because I get good sleep when I take it. For a few hours after I take it, I have some side effects from it, but they are gone by Morning.
