I spoke to him about possible bipolar, he said he had to be careful diagnosing people my age, especially with hypomania, which is what I thought I had. He said he can only diagnose on hypermania behavior.

I'm gunna take them. Right now I feel so guilty, overly guilty for being honest. And I know that while I'm not as bad as I used to be, I'm not as good as I could be.
