Yes, I’ve had hypnotherapy. Fortunately for me, my former psychiatrist is a practitioner of this form of therapy. It was very helpful in managing anxiety and fear and it helped alters find a safe, comfortable place. Eventually, he taught me self-hypnosis and I use it when stressed and in situations that may cause negative memories to arise. I hope it works as well for you as it has for me.
