yes i also have suffered that,been to the hospital for it,couldnt breathe right,i agree with the water helping,and to take slow deep breaths if possible.my heart was beating so hard,i could hear it.very scarey and the medical drs. dont find any thing wrong with me in the medical way with the heart moniters.we should be extremely happy about that part anyway.
