I would contact the media in that area, let them know everything that has been going on. Most stations have those in depth, undercover things. You have to let the public know that these people are not giving the care they are being paid to give. I'd also check to see if any law suits are pending against this facility and throw your own lawyer into the mix, many specialize in this field. So sorry that it all falls on your shoulders.
