Ryan, does the weather influence your moods? I know it does mine. I'm a lot more likely to slip if it's cold or foggy or icky outside.

Since you can think of distractions when you aren't the one in crisis, how about writing down some of the ones you think you would be most likely to try on an index card, and keeping it someplace accessible for when you need to refer to it?
