There are several of us who are over 38.5 years old and more are always welcome

I'm sorry you are depressed, P_S. Sometimes I also find it hard to get off my arse and get moving. I also know that if I don't then I am welcoming an unwanted visitor--depression.
'Course there are other days when I do what I damn well please and don't get dressed and sit on my patio and watch the birds...
