i hold th sorrow and sads and the feelings like that for the constellation. i know how deep and dark saddness can be. inside we have a garden. i used to go to my hole deep inside when i felt really sad. but now i have a garden to go to. it is a place i can bring my sad to and then prism comes and sits with me. do you have someone inside that can sit with you when you feel this really bad sad?? it hurts alot. i know that.
