Personality Disorder Not Otherwise Specified (NOS) could mean a combination of personality disorders or you fit the bill for having a personality disorder but not for any specific one. I think the first one though is more common.
Bipolar with schizophrenic features? That, I've never heard of. I have however heard of bipolar with psychotic or psychosis. Is that what you mean?
As for what to do with it, well, that's your diagnosis. If you want to get treatment, and they ask you, that's part of what you tell them. Or, you can see another person, such as a psychologist or psychiatrist to get a second opinion.
