, i'm glad you are talking about what's worrying you. rant all you want, i'll listen, and
a lot of us here at pc understand how you are feeling.
the prozac may take a while to really get into your system...try to wait it out.

i hope it helps you as it once did me. i felt like a
big truck (Depression) was lifted off my chest when the prozac kicked in.

for real, i would have this weird feeling like something was being lifted
up. it was...it was the prozac going into effect.
if i remember correctly your T will get back in time for you to tell her for your parents
not to be at this session. i believe you have legitimate grounds to request this family session to be cancelled. so keep up the good courage to do that! then have that private session with your T to dicuss how you feel about the session being set up the way it was. you are not a minor so YOU have rights she must respect. it's the law and she must abide by your wishes.
as for the ppl that are being troublesome, they don't get what you are going thru. lucky for them that they aren't in your shoes.

it's difficult to disregard those ppl but try to realize they don't get it, at all. sorry they have upset you.
i

you no matter how you feel! you are an intelligent young woman going thru a rough time. i know it will improve, i know you are doing your best...so try to be gentle and kind to yourself...don't beat yourself up about this...you're trying to get better. what more could one ask? i'm
very proud of your you.
