well, if you want to know what the medical terms are for what your are experiencing, the woman you heard laughing and then saw walk in your room was an auditory and a visul hallucination combined. The feeling that you can put thoughts in other people's minds is called Telapathy or thought incertion. And the fear of people reading your mind is called paranoia.
