I never used to look at my T - I still dont a lot of the time if what im talking aobut is hard for me - you are not alone there -
yep have felt like im being under the microscope - being studied like a bug on a slide - mainly by my old T not this one I see now
its hard but sannah is right - talking to your T about this would probably clear the air - I hope things work out for you - therapy is hard but worth it - hang in there P7
